Service-Based Consultations

Srozelonchonax provides professional image consulting services, including personal color analysis, style consultations, and wardrobe guidance. As our services are delivered in real-time during consultation sessions, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

Your Satisfaction Matters

We are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you have concerns about your consultation experience, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your session. We will work with you to address any issues and find a satisfactory resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours advance notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Digital Materials

All digital resources, style guides, and color palettes provided as part of your consultation are non-refundable once delivered. These materials are customized specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Multi-Session Packages

For packages including multiple sessions, refunds are calculated based on completed sessions at the individual session rate. Unused sessions may be refunded within 90 days of purchase, subject to our cancellation policy.
